I state that have not suffered a polenta recipe but some are not certain to be rejected.
This version I have prepared a couple of Saturday ago, as an appetizer, crostini with prosciutto di San Daniele, and just cut a cake to be accompanied by disorder ... (not made by me).
cream sauce with mushrooms and polenta with sausage
For 8 people
For the polenta
250g of polenta
2 liters of salt 100g grated Parmesan
50g butter For the sauce
5
fresh sausages 400g very ripe cherry tomatoes
a handful of dried porcini mushrooms
oil, salt, parsley and garlic (chilli optional)
Prepare the sauce to soften the mushrooms
Place dried in a bowl with boiling water for at least 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, fry a few cloves of garlic and add the sausage without the skin and crushed with a fork with two fingers of water calda.Quando are cooked and the water has evaporated add the tomatoes cut in half and cook for least 10/15 min.
Finally mushrooms chopped fine and put their filtered water. For the polenta
Make a very soft polenta and when ready, and dress with butter and Parmesan.
Pour the hot polenta into bowls and pour a little sauce and serve immediately.
