Yesterday, having a little 'things to be disposed of in the fridge, I am reminded of a "tile" made a few months ago with similar ingredients.

I covered a cake tin with the bacon on which I have ordered 4 slices of provolone and sweet 4 or 5 tablespoons of sliced \u200b\u200bmushrooms, sauteed in a pan just to make him lose a bit 'of water and take taste, and I did a first layer of ground, I then placed 4 slices of cheese (but you can also make a slightly thicker layer) on which I added another 5 or 6 tablespoons of mushrooms, 
I covered with a second layer of minced meat and potatoes, the slices of bacon folded close to the tile and fired approximately 50 'to 180 degrees.
And this is the result ...
