How Much Insurance Do I Need To Have A Daycare?

Ingredients: vegetable cream

Soyatoo
yolk
sugar cane cocoa


full dose, as always, strictly eye!

Procedure: Mix the ingredients with a whisk to avoid lumps, heat on the fire and boil a few minutes. Allow to cool, then pour the mixture into ice trays, place in freezer and allow solificare for at least an hour and a half, after which transform the mixture into the blender and whip.
The texture of this ice cream is fantastic, creamy, it seems that the ice-cream. I think it's all about the cream Soyatoo, it's milk plant the result would be decidedly different, more like a sorbet.

ps I can not use the eggs in my recipes, which are "forced" to buy however, I am sure they are from hens kept in open (not "breeding ground", which means that hens are kept in large cages, but where the density of the leaders however, makes it the ideal situation for their well-being), even better if on organic farms.
The yolk is still essential in this recipe!
