Wild Boar Meat Ontario

PATE 'CECI






Ingredients:

200 grams of cooked chickpeas 1 tablespoon tahini
1 lemon olive oil
many, many leaves basil (the more the better)


Whisk together the chickpeas, tahini and basil, stretching with the lemon juice and olive oil to taste until it reaches the consistency of pate.

eat with breadsticks are delicious!
