VEGANCH'IO A BRUGHERIO

Yesterday I went to a Veganch'io Brugherio! Unfortunately I managed to go only on the last night, forcing her boyfriend to accompany me (and I had been stood up well by a friend that was supposed to be coming ... and it is not okay). I am very satisfied that I went, the atmosphere was very cheerful (a kind of celebration of the Unit without sausages!), Full of young faces and dogs that ran about merrily. The dinner was nothing short of amazing ... ate (but would be more correct to say the big brushed):

Falafel with pepper cream: 10 + rating
stuffed zucchini (I think seitan): 8 votes
Sweet unknown (in the sense that we were told neither the name nor the ingredients) offered by biologists in Cesano Maderno: it was accompanied by a cream pie, banana and kiwi, and I think another very good cream that I did not understand what it was ... seemed cocoa but was not cocoa ... bho! Still good! Rated 8.
My boyfriend, who grew up with steaks and roasts from Brianza mom but I have converted the animal, he played with all the dogs, he wanted to look at all the exhibitions on slaughterhouses and vivisection (which I can not watch because suffer), he brushed the whole dinner and liked it so much! And this gave me great satisfaction ...
I have also taken a vegan sandwich to eat the next day at work (in fact I have the jelly today), very good: sliced \u200b\u200bmuscle of corn, eggplant, tomatoes, lettuce and a sauce strange but good, like tartar.
Two things I had never tasted: the muscle and the quinoa grain, and I was both surprised, Quinoa is really good, more good couscous (do not know if the final was just the quinoa cooks, or in any case I'll try to cook it ...); the muscle of wheat is very good, very good most of the seitan, I did not think . I guess I'll buy online or go to that new restaurant that opened in a Milan square Wagner (of which 5 May last there was the inauguration, which I, as usual, I learned too late ... ..)
I expected to find stalls selling books (I was ready to empty your wallet), but there were no ... Perhaps I arrived too late!

There are two dogs looking for adoption.


I am a male and a female, grew up together and inseparable. They have about ten years, are good and loving, have a good character and are playful, but they also know to guard. Their master is dead and can no longer stay in the house that hosted them ... just need a bit 'of space and pampering. I am healthy and sterilized.

Yesterday I went to the market in my country and I noticed that spring depopulated with its products on all stalls, then click the will of fresh food and fast to prepare.
I bought so much stuff that I do not know if my fridge (albeit large), can contain the whole.
Among the delicious little things, I also got a lovely bunch of spring onions fresh fresh and beautiful.

SPAGHETTI WITH SPRING ONION AND ALMONDS SALTED RICOTTA




4 PEOPLE 400g spaghetti alla chitarra (those wonderful Garofalo)
1 bunch of spring onions 100g

toasted sliced \u200b\u200balmonds ½ lemon zest
100g ricotta from scratch
oil, salt, pepper and nutmeg





Preparation
First boil the water and it boils down to throw the spaghetti.
Meanwhile, cut the onions into strips (a little 'green stems) and sauté gently in oil. Apart

In winter goes well with chocolate and nuts etc ... and in the summer with fresh fruit.

Ingredients
creamy ricotta 500 gr 250 gr
Fiorello (dish of cream with milk)
3 dl whipped cream 1 lemon

For the cream: 3 eggs


2 dl milk 200 g sugar 1 tablespoon

flour 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 20 g gelatin sheets

For the shell of cookies: 250 grams biscuits
"digestive"

120 gr butter 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preparation: First
